Crayola Doodle Match is a creative memory game in which children practice matching colours and objects. Players start off by colouring in each of the 12 specially coated cardboard tiles in two colours with the enclosed Crayola crayons. Once the tiles have been coloured in they are shuffled then laid face down. The game has two spinners; one points to a colour and one points to an image. On their turn, each player spins both spinners then turns over a single tile, hoping to find the colour or image on which the spinners landed. If they match either, they keep the tile but if there is no match, the tile is turned back over. This is where the memory aspect to the game begins as children try to remember where the different tiles were placed back down. Once all the tiles have been collected, the game is over and the player who collects the most wins the game. The reusable tiles can be wiped clean with a tissue or paper towel so it’s like playing a new game every time. A great way for parents and grandparents to interact with their children.
